Backend Developer (Next.js)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with deep expertise in Next.js and Node.js. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust server-side solutions, managing databases, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI features into our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex backend architectures using Next.js API Routes and Node.js.
• Design and optimize Firestore and SQL database schemas for enterprise-level applications.
• Integrate and orchestrate AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic) into production workflows.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications through efficient server-side logic.
• Implement secure authentication systems and role-based access control.
• Collaborate with frontend designers to bridge the gap between UI and server data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Exemplary knowledge of the Next.js ecosystem (App Router, Server Actions, API Routes).
• Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Storage) or similar cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design.
• Passion for automation and AI-driven development.
